Blue Silk Plaid Luxe Skirt + Scarf

Italian-made blue plaid silk skirt with soft pleating and an elastic waistband. Skirt closes with a small button at the waist. Skirt includes a matching scarf of the same material. Both skirt and scarf have a few frayed threads but otherwise in good condition. No marked size.
