Fat and the Moon eye coal in Lapis is a gorgeous shade of ultramarine sea blue, rich, dense, and luxurious, sliding on the eyelid smoothly. 

How to use
Apply with a clean finger to the waterline of your lid, and squeeze your eyes shut, then blend for that smokey gaze. For a sharp line, apply with a make up brush.
