Guajillo: Mild heat. Dried toasted chilies in oil is a staple of the Mexican table. Guajillo is a base for many traditional Mexican sauces. It's flavor is sweet and earthy with a hint of smoky richness. It is fantastic drizzled over sautéed mushrooms, shrimp, kale, or any roasted vegetable. Try it in soups, pastas, eggs, or beans and rice. 

Ingredients: Peanut Oil, Dried Chilies, Garlic, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt

Smoky Coffee: Medium heat. This oil is made up of a blend of 4 Mexican dried chilies. It is toasted in peanut oil with black garlic, ground coffee, and sesame seeds. The flavor calls upon the nuances of Mole and brings a rich, earthy, smoky deliciousness to anything you add it to. It is heaven on a grilled steak, noodles, pizza, tacos, eggs, beans and rice, and in chowders.

Chili de Arbol: Hot heat. Chili de Arbol is a favorite dried chilie varietal, it's flavor is deep and earthy. In this oil, the dried chilie is toasted with garlic in peanut oil to alit's flavor and heat blossom and become nutty and delicious. It is the best thing you could put on a slice of pizza. It's also great on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, tossed into noodles, and in soups and stews.
