Artisan made with love and care in Washington State, these scrunchies are one of a few and made entirely of our very favourite vintage fabric remnants. They are the beautiful product of Picnicwear's creative pursuit to let nothing fall to the cutting room floor. i.e. they are virtually zero waste! "Future Vintage over future garbage"
