Ruche + Bubble Cotton Art Set (M)

Vintage Y2K era grey top and skirt set. Top has hook and eye closures up the front that go around the entire neckline. Features an adjustable gathered back and long sleeves. Some minor pilling but in great vintage shape. Skirt zips up the left hip and has an elastic hem, giving it a bubble look. Asymmetric ribbon details and cutouts throughout, with 2 cargo style pockets at the front.
