Valentino Navy Draped Silk Dress (S)

Vintage Valentino Spa made in Italy navy blue silk dress. Capelet style flowing top with elastic waist shaping at skirt. Open at top, would be good to wear a bandeau underneath for coverage. Zip closure at skirt, button closure at neck, pockets. Excellent condition.
