Sheer navy silk chiffon cap sleeve wrap top. Open front with long pieces at hem that can be tied simply at front or wrapped around the body and tied in back ballet style. Beautiful on it's own or layered. Made in Italy by designer Gai Mattiolo. In excellent condition.
