Slinky Shell Fringed Backless Tunic (M)

Vintage early 2000s slinky sleeveless tunic with a dramatic back. Has a mock neck that closes with two rhinestone buttons and forms an off-center keyhole opening on the front. This piece has an open back with draped fringe and stretchy ruching at the hips. In great, never worn condition. Tagged a size L.
